Request permanent deletion of your Dektor account.

How the process works

Fill out the form

Enter your full name and the email address associated with your account.

Submit the request

Press the button to register the deletion request.

Confirm by email

You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

What data will be deleted

  • ✕ Your user profile (name, email and associated settings).
  • ✕ Saved discoveries (photos, notes, locations).
  • ✕ Unapproved suggestions for new sites or changes.

Note: for legal and security reasons, we keep anonymized logs and non-personal data related to app usage for a maximum period of 12 months. These cannot be associated with a specific user.

Deletion form

By submitting this form, you request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
